Delete your account
If you have a BTT FTT SG account, you can delete it directly inside the app. This page explains the public deletion path and the expected effect.
How to delete your account in the app
- Log in to your BTT FTT SG account.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Go to the account danger zone.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
If you cannot access the app account anymore, contact grumps@crankycactus.com from the email address linked to your account where possible.
What happens when your account is deleted
- Your authentication account is deleted.
- Your profile data is removed.
- Your access grants and purchase event records linked to the account are removed.
- Your saved draft sessions are removed.
- Completed attempt records may remain in anonymized form, because the account link is removed but the historical record may be preserved without your user identity.
Important notes
- Account deletion is intended to be permanent.
- If you later create a new account, previously deleted account-linked data may not be restorable.
