Frequently asked questions

My purchase is not showing up

Make sure you are signed into the same app account used when you unlocked content. Then try Restore Purchases in the app. Purchase access is synced to your account after server-side verification, so a restore can recover missing access state.

I bought access before but now it looks locked

Log in to the correct app account and use Restore Purchases. If access still does not return, email us with the platform, app version, and the account email used in the app.

I cannot log in

Check that you are using the correct email address and password. On iPhone, if you used Apple Sign In before, use the same Apple Sign In path again. If you signed up with email, verify your email first if prompted.

The app crashed or froze during a test

The app supports pause and resume for signed-in users, including restart-safe local draft storage. Reopen the app and check for a resume option. If progress was not recovered, contact support with details of when the interruption happened.

Question and content feedback

This app is built around source-cited answers and explanations. If you think a question, option, or explanation is wrong or unclear, send:

Purchase status is handled through the app stores and RevenueCat, while app-facing access is enforced using server-side verified grants linked to your app account.

Accounts and deletion

You can delete your account from within the app if you are signed in. A public explanation of the deletion path is also available.

Deleting your account removes the account and account-scoped data. Historical attempts may be retained in anonymized form.
