1. Using the app

BTT FTT SG is a study and practice app for users preparing for Singapore Basic Theory Test and Final Theory Test practice. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Purchases

The app offers one-time purchases for additional access. There is no subscription in the current product model. Purchases are processed through the relevant app store and purchase infrastructure providers.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with the app, backend systems, rankings, purchase flows, or access controls.
• Do not copy, redistribute, or resell app content except as allowed by law.
• Do not misuse the app in a way that harms the service or other users.

5. Content and accuracy

The app is intended as a learning aid. While care is taken to provide source-cited and useful practice content, the app is provided on an as-is basis and should not be treated as a formal government service.

6. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crankycactus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
